Under the expert guidance of Dr. Parveen, a seasoned scientist and Senior Consultant in e-waste and lithium ion battery resource management, we were inspired to think beyond conventional limits. The rigorous academic training and exposure to real-world sustainability challenges laid the foundation for our problem-solving mindset and product-oriented approach.

This nurturing academic environment not only built our technical capabilities but also instilled the values of environmental responsibility and national self-reliance. Dr. Kaushik’s mentorship played a pivotal role in shaping our understanding of how engineering and environmental consciousness can work hand in hand—ultimately guiding us to initiate Aadvik Designs, where we turn purposeful ideas into sustainable, innovative solutions.
